Running more than one publication and working with a team on Publisher Max.
Open the publication menu at the top of the sidebar and pick the publication you want. Suru reloads into that publication, so its stories, followers, settings and team are the only ones you see. Each publication keeps its own masthead, address, followers and backers.
Additional publications are part of Publisher Max. Open the publication menu and choose Create another publication, then pick a name and a .suru.cc address. On Publisher Free you'll see Upgrade to add a publication instead.
Go to Settings → Publication → Team and enter someone's email. Choose Editor (can review, edit and publish everyone's stories) or Contributor (writes their own stories). They get an email invitation and join free — Publisher Max includes unlimited seats.
Only the contributor, until they send it for review. Then the owner and editors are emailed and can edit and publish it. You can let a trusted contributor publish on their own from the Team page.
On the Team page, deactivate them. They lose access straight away and are told by email; their stories stay in the publication. You can reactivate them later with the same permissions.
